We ship North American orders from the USA, so Canadian orders may incur import duties, payable by you.
For our friends in Norway, Switzerland, Australia, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong we charge a flat Premium Shipping fee of £25. We aim for delivery within 5-10 days but some shipments can take up to 3-4 weeks (especially those containing cologne products, which are classed as a hazardous good and need to be handled carefully). We ship these orders from the USA or the UK so import duty may apply for these locations. This is payable by you as a customer.

Returns, Repairs and Replacement
Orders In Partner Shops / Websites:
For products bought through one of our select group of stockists, please refer directly to where you bought your product for their returns policy.
Orders on the Thomas Clipper Website:
Normal Purchases Within 90 Days
For every order placed on the Thomas Clipper website, we offer 'no questions asked' returns within 90 days of purchase.
Simply return the product to our warehouse and we'll refund the original purchase price to either your original method of payment or as a Thomas Clipper website credit.
Returns must arrive with us in resalable condition. Email email@example.com with your website order number to begin the process.
Gift Returns Within 1 Year
We are happy to accept gift returns within one year if the product was purchased on the Thomas Clipper website.
We will arrange for free shipment from the original purchase country. Outside of the original shipping country, we cannot cover shipping costs, but you can still send the product back to us at your own expense. The original purchase price will be refunded as a Thomas Clipper website credit.

Repair & Replacement
Faulty Goods (Thomas Clipper Website only)
In the rare case that a product has not lived up to your expectations in normal use, we will arrange for repair or replacement of the product, free of charge, within 2 years of purchase. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your website order number and a description of the issue.
Repair & Replacement Service (From Any Thomas Clipper Retailer)
Our craftsmen and craftswomen take pride in their work and want you to enjoy it well into the future. But Thomas Clipper products are made from natural materials which may need some care after many years of use.
So if your Thomas Clipper product falls outside of this first two years we are still able to offer a very reasonable repair or replacement service on any genuine Thomas Clipper product. Email email@example.com to start the process.
