No-Questions-Asked Returns

Full Priced Orders on the Thomas Clipper website:

For every full priced order placed on the Thomas Clipper website, we offer 'no questions asked' returns within 90 days of purchase.

Simply return the product to our warehouse either in the UK or Chicago (your choice), at your own cost within 90 days, and we'll refund you your purchase price. Returns must arrive with us in resalable condition.

Discounted or 'On Sale' orders on the Thomas Clipper website:

For discounted orders placed on the Thomas Clipper website, we offer 'no questions asked' returns within 30 days of purchase.

Simply return the product to our warehouse at your own cost within 30 days, and we'll refund you your purchase price. Returns must arrive with us in resalable condition.

Bundle 'Buy One Get One x% Off' Offers:

Sometimes we give discounts where if you buy Product 1, you can get Product 2 at a discount. The discount is on the 'bundle' so works only if you choose to keep all qualifying products. As such, you can choose to return all 'bundle' products together in resalable conditions within 30 days for a full refund. Or you can return one of the products for a refund of the discounted amount.

Faulty Goods (Thomas Clipper Website only)

In the rare case that a product has not lived up to your expectations in normal use, we will arrange for repair or replacement of the product, free of charge, within 2 years of purchase. Email admin@thomasclipper.com with your website order number and a description of the issue.

Orders From Partner Shops / Websites:

For products bought through one of our select group of stockists, please refer directly to where you bought your product for their returns policy.

 

Repair & Replacement Service

Our craftsmen and craftswomen take pride in their work and want you to enjoy it well into the future. But Thomas Clipper products are made from natural materials which may need some care after many years of use. 

So if your Thomas Clipper product falls outside of this first two years we are still able to offer a very reasonable repair or replacement service on any genuine Thomas Clipper product. Email admin@thomasclipper.com to start the process.
