I wanted a fragrance that felt more considered and personal. That search led me to Thomas Clipper Mountain, now the undisputed star of my collection. Mountain is understated in the best possible way, the kind of fragrance that never tries to impress, yet always does. There’s a reassuring sense of quality and tradition to it, balanced and refined.

I bought the Thomas Clipper Mountain for my partner as a present and it’s been a real hit. It is masculine without being overpowering. He loved it so much that he’s since gone on to buy the Thomas Clipper Discovery Set himself, which says a lot about how impressed he was. The packaging is smart and understated, making it a great gift and I’d happily buy from Thomas Clipper again.

We like that you are British business trying your best to be sustainable, and no animal testing or animal products (the latter is essential to us as we are vegans). I bought Mountain for my mountain loving husband and we LOVE it! In fact I am wearing it too. Your products are going to be our new go-to. I love the idea of having three of them and mixing them, will be ordering more.

I ordered the Mountain Fragrance and a shave soap for a birthday present. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my order arrived and the packaging was superb! Quality wonderful too. All the fragrances are wonderful, Mountain my favourite, personally I am fed up with mass marketed fragrance where everyone knows what you are wearing, these fragrances are delightful, subtle not overpowering and long lasting, the shave bowl and brush is a delight, please never stop making them, so glad I stumbled across these and took the plunge with the discovery set.

Tried the sample pack and found all the fragrances excellent, but Mountain was my favourite, great quality of ingredients, with the cent lasting much longer than my other colognes. I have had many compliments on how I nice i smell 😁 which is great, money well spent, fabulous cologne.

Definitely my winter favourite, invoking the adventure and warmth of a mountain cabin. The combination of sweetness with a deep smoky background is a winner for sure.

I love this fragrance. Masculine yet not overbearing. Has a nice hint of freshness in that smokey gem. I've garnered many compliments and plan I purchasing again. Will look to explore the line more.

This is actually my second bottle of it. It is my favorite cologne it has kind of a slightly Smoky kind of citrus scent. I get compliments on it wherever I go people want to know what it is and where to get it.

What can I say? I’m absolutely delighted with the Mountain cologne. I’m not an aftershave kind of guy generally but have dabbled with Ralph Lauren Safari and Chanel Allure in the past. Mountain is another level altogether. Seems much more complex and the profile seems to change as the day progresses. Has met with the seal of approval from my wife and daughters too. Really happy with my purchase and am very likely to try some of your other products in the future.

Mountain, like all of the Thomas Clipper products I have enjoyed - this will be the fourth, is a unique, contemporary fragrance. A little smoky and more woody, but still fresh and sweet. There aren’t any fragrances on the market quite like Thomas Clipper, and that’s what I enjoy about them - their unique personality and identity.

This is very clever fragrance in that is really creates a sense of time and place. To me, it smells like autumn/winter and very much builds a picture of the outdoors. It’s cosy and homely. I’m an outdoors man, so I find a sense of comfort and nostalgia in Mountain. It’s too bold to be an everyday fragrance for me, I tend to wear in on Autumn/Winter weekends, or indeed it we are on a weekend away to a cabin! I never blend Mountain, i think it’s a masterpiece on its own. My only note with Mountain is it’s quite harsh for the first half hour until it settles. Use also use the soap, and would love to purchase a candle at some point.

I’m so pleased that I discovered Thomas Clipper. They are the first British company that I have found that produce excellent quality vegan fragrances for men that can actually compete with, and better, the big perfume brands.

My go-to TC fragrances are City and Mountain. Two very different colognes that I match to my mood and plans for the day.

I aim to shop as 'independently' as possible - I go to chain-free coffee shops, independent book stores and support grass-roots clothing brands. Yet for some reason when shopping for cologne I would always go for a big brand name - why? If I support independent brands across the board why did this change when it came to scent? There was no reason other than habit. Initially I bought the Discovery Set so I could try out a few different products. All of them were great but for me personally its all about Mountain. I think you may have found a new customer for life - great product, great packaging and smells a level above the rest. Top work to everyone at Thomas Clipper for this. You've nailed it. Bravo.

In my opinion is the best scent for men I have ever experienced in my entire life. I buy this perfume for my partner since last year and he loves it.

I have now tried all 4 TC fragrances. Mountain is I feel the most place evocative of all. Instant autumnal tones that evolve into the warmth of kicked up undergrowth and wood ash. Lasts hours and gently fades

It's smokey, outdoorsy - just what you need when your cooped up inside and need to imagine yourself away to a mountain somewhere.

I bought Mountain for my husband for Christmas as he loved the Unite trio I had previously bought for him. Major hit! Great smell, the mountain pine forests really come through and very long lasting. Super job TC xx
