退款政策

Refunds:

For products purchased on our website we offer 'no fault' returns within 90 days of purchase.

Products must arrive back with us in resalable condition (ie unused with packaging intact - we encourage our customers to try our Discovery Set before upgrading to full size). All refunds will be made minus any shipping and handling costs incurred by Thomas Clipper, but we'll always give you the option to ship to us at your own cost instead if you'd prefer.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Email Matt and Antonio on admin@thomasclipper.com with your website order number to begin the process.

For products bought through another website or in a shop, please refer directly to where you bought your product for their returns policy.
