Discovery Set | Find Your Signature Scent

I've been a big fan of Thomas Clipper for ages, but I was going on holiday for a four-day festival and wanted to take a few little bottles without worrying about getting stopped by security—or carrying big glass bottles in my backpack. These worked out perfectly for that, and I got to rediscover some fragrances I haven't worn in a long time.

Purchased the discovery set as a present at Christmas.
The feedback has been exceptional. So much so, that I want to try some too!
My queries were answered immediately so all round happy customer here.

Top quality fragrances. Nice range of scents while all still being complimentary to one another. Aftershave is a personal thing and smells different on everybody so think it's important to try before you buy.

For me, out of the six, one didn't last and two just weren't my kind of thing, but the other three I'd definitely purchase full sizes.

As I say fragrance is a personal thing, but if you are just looking to blind buy one, I genuinely think Country might be the classiest/sexiest scent I've ever come across. Will be stockpiling it when it comes back in stock!

Really enjoyed being able to sample the entire range of scents. Pleasantly surprised at just how long the sample bottles last, gives you real time to try each one out.

Hardest part is then deciding which one to buy a full bottle of as I loved them all for different reasons. Each one definitely has its own character, and the descriptions/scent notes are absolutely spot on. The space in the box for jotting down notes is a really nice touch and every scent easily lasted all day, which is a big win!

I was torn between Terra Firma, Atlantic, and Mountain but settled on Terra Firma, this time round anyway.

Drawn to try Thomas Clipper by the sustainability and ethical credentials, staying for the brilliant, long-lasting scents!

A fantastic range of scents, perfect for a washbag which gives you variation and selection through the choices.

Each scent is distinct and refreshing, perfect for a variety of occasions.

Much nicer than some of the contenders on the market, with more layers and heart notes than other scents i have used!

God knows how many scents I have tried over the years- some good, some not good, but Thomas Clipper is definitely in the elite group.

Absolutely delighted with Thomas Clipper products. The County suited an elderly friend of mine, while each other fragrance were spot on for me. The lasting of Polaris and Terra Firma wasn't impressive. City and Coast really grew on me. And looking forward to utilising the full set of Atlantic, Polaris and Mountain. Customer service were incredible and website is user friendly!

I have had no end of compliments from friends about the scents, they are subtle compared to many other colognes, even more well known brands, these last longer through the day especially where they have come into contact with my beard. So far my favourite is one spray of Polaris and two sprays of Mountain.

All the samples are very nice. Everyone will find at least 3 that they love. My favourites are City and Polaris. Will order a full bottle of both..

I love the sample pack - it’s a great way to learn the subtle differences between each scent. I wear different scents depending on my mood and where I’m going.

I love that my fragrances arrived, but sad that none of the sprays work. One scent had a small amount of scent leak out- “Mountain”- and WOW!!! It smell good! I reached out to customer service to see about ordering a replacement. I’m not mad or bothered that the sprays don’t work. If they all smell as good as Mountain, I’ll get another set and may look into full size purchases!!

Purchased the Discovery Set recently and can honestly say every fragrance is superb! My favourites are City, Terra Firma, Country & Coast all of which are light fresh modern and have great longevity.

Loving the products. All gentle but definitely making a statement.

Perhaps Country is my favourite so far. If I had a small criticism it's that I would like for them to last 2 - 3 hours longer.

I ordered the Discovery Set as a gift for my husband for his birthday. He struggles to find scents that actually smell nice when applied to his skin and tends to stick to exactly the same thing - either Hugo Boss or Chanel Bleue.

The Discovery Set has really helped him to think outside of his usual box whilst also supporting a smaller independent business.

We were both so surprised to find that there is not one scent that we don’t like - they are all fabulous and smell so good on him!! There are obviously some that we like more than others and one in particular really stands out, which is Mountain - I will be placing an order today to hopefully receive this before Christmas so that I can give it to him as an additional gift.

I bought the sample box because my teenage son wanted a first cologne and I thought a sample set would be a good start. Little did I know how good! All the men in the family are busy trying a different cologne each day and everyone LOVES all of them.

I recently came across Thomas Clipper fragrances and decided to buy the Discovery Set. Wow! I've tried 4 of the 7 fragrances so far and each one is unique and amazing. My girlfriend can't wait for me to try the other 3, she loves the scent of these. I don't know how I'll be able to pick a favourite. Maybe you should make a Discovery Set in larger vials so I can mix and match . Will definitely make a further purchase.

Love supporting small British business and what’s not to love when what is produced is high quality, delivered speedily and much enjoyed!

I have received the order of the full-set of product samples and all I can say is WOW!! I thought I was being clever by getting all six and then deciding on my favourite, but that's near impossible to do as they are all so amazing!

Perhaps over times, a favourite will emerge but in the meantime, I'm going to enjoy getting to know the scents well.

I will certainly be back to place an order of one or two before long.

Really lovely fragrances

I adore Thomas Clipper's scents, can never decide which combination suits me best so I usually get the bundles and rotate, experiment, and play with. They're subtle, not overpowering, and rich in profile.

I have been buying Thomas Clipper products from day one, and have never been disappointed with the quality of the products produced.

As a fan of their existing range of colognes (I have a full set), I thought I would treat myself to the latest addition to the range. I was not disappointed, and as soon as my current set is finished, this is what I will be ordering.

I can't recommend it highly enough.

My favourite from the Discovery Set was Coast. I like fragrances that transport me somewhere and this takes me straight to one of my favourite places, Whitstable on the Kent coast - the salty, marine, bracing aromas and the sense of escape. There is a real green, outdoorsy opening, along with citrus and cardamom, then later on it reveals more of the musky, woody tones.

The blending of two or more scents was a new concept to me and I found that adding some of the Mountain to the Coast created a cocktail that really worked. I wanted to mention the packaging too - the branding, the boxes and the bottle are really well thought out and have a premium feel.

I will be buying more!
