Refund policy
Refunds:
We have a generous returns policy for products bought on our website.
In the rare case that a product has not performed as expected in normal use, we will arrange for repair or replacement of the product, free of charge, within 2 years of purchase.
We also know you might change your mind. So for non-faulty products bought at full price, we offer 'no fault' returns within 90 days of purchase. For discounted orders, we offer 'no fault' returns within 30 days of purchase. Products for 'no fault' refund must arrive in resalable condition at our warehouse in the UK. Refunds will be made minus shipping and handling costs incurred by Thomas Clipper. We cannot refund duties or any other shipping charges paid for international orders.

For products bought through another website or in a shop, please refer directly to where you bought your product for their returns policy.
Repair Service:
Our craftsmen and craftswomen take pride in their work and want you to enjoy it well into the future. But Thomas Clipper products are made from natural materials which may need some care after many years of use.
As such we offer a very reasonable repair or replacement service on any genuine Thomas Clipper product. Email admin@thomasclipper.com to start the process.
